Can you translate what I wrote? The plot needs more details. 104.58.147.208 22. feb 2017 kl. 17:33 (UTC)[reply]

I wanted to note that it was titled Liv and Maddie: Cali Style in its fourth season, but I don't know how to say that in Faroese. Help? Also I don't know if I got the translation for season right. Look at this revision for a sample of what the article should look like on the lead, plot, and broadcast. It also needs to note that Lauren Lindsey Donzis was only in the last season. She played Ruby, Liv and Maddie's cousin who becomes their "sorta-sister". Pete was also not in the last season (he was replaced with Ruby). The last season of the show is very different from the rest. I am asking here since I don't know Faroese. Kkjj (kjak) 30. nov 2017 kl. 23:06 (UTC)[reply]
Note: I added Ruby to the cast. Her description needs to say: Lauren Lindsey Donzis as Ruby, Liv and Maddie's cousin who becomes their "sorta-sister". She was only in the fourth season. Then under Pete's desription, it needs to note that "He was not present at all in the fourth season." Kkjj (kjak) 30. nov 2017 kl. 23:10 (UTC)[reply]
Should it be "eitur Liv and Maddie: Cali Style i fjórði seson" for that part? I don't know if I got that right, but it's my best try. Kkjj (kjak) 4. des 2017 kl. 21:30 (UTC)[reply]
"eitur Liv and Maddie: Cali Style í fjórðu sesong". --EileenSanda (kjak) 5. des 2017 kl. 00:19 (UTC)[reply]
What should it be for "sneak peek" in Faroese? I'm putting that in italics but I believe that there should be a translation in parenthesis, like how it noted the Danish title in parenthesis along with the fourth season title. Also note, I mentioned on Brúkarakjak:EileenSanda#Liv and Maddie that there are poor articles in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Greek, and Icelandic about some of these shows and movies I've written about. This is one of those articles. I've tried posting some of the content I wanted posted in these languages, but it was reverted since it was either translated from Google or in Faroese and not Icelandic. It's really hard to find editors interested in these shows and movies I like, which is why the articles are so small. Also note, today is my birthday and I am trying to feel better since I've felt so much guilt over these bad articles I wrote. That would be a perfect birthday present: help with these articles. Note: I've written an article about the movie Gordy in Icelandic, but it has English content on it. Here's what Gordy wrote:

"Gordy er bandarísk gamanmynd frá árinu 1995. Myndin er um piglet named Gordy who searches for his missing family (who are taken away to a slaughterhouse in Omaha)." Note I need a translation for the English part. The part that's actually in Icelandic is saying that Gordy is an American comedy movie from the year 1995. Then the first part of the next sentence says that the movie is about. Also note, Gordy does not currently have an article in Faroese or German, but can you help me write one? I could add a stub here, but I only know how to write this:

"Gordy er ein amerikanskur filmur frá 1995." I could write the infobox though, along with the external links and a few categories.

It should also be noted that Gordy is really a comedy-drama film, because it's dramatic in addition to funny. Likewise, Liv and Maddie is like that too, which is why they call it a sitcom, which stands for situation comedy.

Final note: I'm adding back the Danish title of Liv and Maddie since the Danish title is the same translation it would be in Faroese and Icelandic if it were dubbed either language. Kkjj (kjak) 5. des 2017 kl. 21:08 (UTC)[reply]

I wrote the Gordy article. I also figured out how to say "Filmurin snýr seg um grísin sum eitur Gordy." (that the movie is about a pig named Gordy). However I don't know what it should be for piglet. Note that a piglet is a baby pig. I don't know piglet in Icelandic either, but since the Icelandic users I asked don't have any interest in doing the translation, I might as well change it back to what it said before, which is the same as what I wrote in Faroese (only it was in Icelandic). I mean the part "grísin sum eitur Gordy.". It said that originally in the Icelandic article (is:Gordy). Kkjj (kjak) 5. des 2017 kl. 22:24 (UTC)[reply]
